I wrote ghost town during a time when I felt completely alone, even though I was constantly surrounded by people. It felt like everyone around me was in love: friends, strangers on the street, couples all over social media, and I couldn’t help but wonder if I was always going to be the one left behind. The song captures that fear of never finding your special person. It’s not a breakup song, it’s about not even getting the chance. I wanted the production to feel spacious and cinematic, like walking through a once-busy city that now echoes. That’s where the title came from. It’s raw, emotional, and probably the most honest I’ve ever been in a track. I hope people hear it and feel a little less alone if they’ve ever felt the same.
